Steely Dan – First concert photographed here in Florida – All the old numbers rolling off the stage.
Thought we were going to be stuck back at the mixing booth which is always a nightmare - long lenses, small performers, crap photos, but dear Mr. Rogers came through and we got
to crouch on the floor, 3 rows back. The band stopped after the first number to complain about the screeching noise coming from my knees. Going to bring knee pads next time like
Tom, another photographer had. Ah, the wisdom of experience! When I left there was smoke everywhere - half of the Everglades was burning – not so ever anymore.
